Be wary of this company

This is a very shady operation! I had ordered some paracords and buckles from them. The paracords were delivered, but the buckles were on backorder...1 month behind. I asked for a partial refund...no response. I filed a dispute with PayPal and AMEX. Buckle Runner then accused me of stealing from them. In the end, I did receive my refund. Here's the shady part. A couple of weeks later, there were some suspicious charges to my AMEX Card with online purchases. I am 100% convinced that someone from this company used my card to make these purchases. It's their way of "recovering" their loss income.

DON'T ORDER FROM BUCKLERUNNER!!

We never did get our complete orders but did file a dispute with our credit cards...yes I placed two orders in two days....duh!!! Anyway we got our money back from our companies so anyone should file a dispute if you have not received your complete order!! I ordered fron another company and received my order within a week!!

I placed an order almost one month ago, my credit card was charged the following day and I have still not received my order. Their website states items will be delivered with-in 10 days. I have received 2 emails from them that the item was shipped...both times after I had left a message on their voicemail. I have called the company 10 times and left 5-6 messages and also an email and no one has bothered to call me back. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I placed this order for my son and he has checked the mail every day when he comes home from school. I have NEVER had this happen before. Order your supplies from another company or be so disappointed!!!!!

i have ordered from them in the past, about 2 years ago, and the service and product was good. but after placing an order with them recently i see lots has changed. now i cant even get to a voicemail box, its full and unable to accept new messages.

There thieves they use bogus names like morris when i know for a fact that that is one of the owners cats name, they lie they steal from so many people they have employees quit because there tired of working for a company that steals from people, i so wish they would be shut down

I REALLY wish I had seen all of these complaints before I placed my order with this company! I agree 100% with everything that has been said.

I placed my order on Oct. 21 and didn't receive anything until Nov. 5, and that was only a partial order! On the copy of the invoice they sent, they told me that my remaining items were on back order and that they would ship on 11/9.

Well, that date comes and goes with no order arriving and no message from the company as to why! So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt(unfortunately) and waited a little longer. Well, by Nov. 13 I still didn't see or hear anything so I called.

I spoke to Diana, who assured me that my order would arrive by today, Nov. 19. I asked her if my free jig would be included in that, and she said "oh, you didn't get that yet?". I told her my order had qualified for a free jig and she said that, yes, it would also be included.

Unfortunately, I had placed a second order in the meantime (I don't know why!), so I asked her about that one and she told me that it would be here by the 23rd. So, today arrives and, no order! I called back and actually got a person to answer instead of having to leave a message and wait for a return call...so I was hopeful...I should have known better. This time I spoke to Stella and she is now blaming the delay on the hurricane on the east coast...they are in wisconsin!

(and I am in Iowa...hmmmm...strange) Anyway, Stella proceeds to tell me that I need to understand that shipping is just getting back to normal because of the storms...blah, blah, blah. So she tells me that her computer says that Diana told me to expect my order on the 22nd, then she says, "that's strange since that is Thanksgiving"...gee, ya think?!? So, now I am supposedly going to receive my orders, combined, no earlier than Saturday, Nov. 24, but no later than Monday, Nov.

26. I guess we will see what happens. I'm not holding my breath and I'll definitely be back here if I don't see anything. By the way, my best friend has been going through the exact same thing as I am with them...we ordered on the same day and she hasn't seen anything from them at all.

However, they don't even respond when she trys to contact them. You can bet your *** that I won't be using them EVER again!

This company should be shut down!

I am a teacher that was planning on doing a "spirit bracelet" as a homecoming event for our kids. To plan ahead and make sure we had material by the end of September we placed the order on August 8th. This is now October 13th and our order is still incomplete. So now the kids have missed out on a great homecoming activity and a way to show school spirit. Not only that but we are now out over 1000 DOLLARS! I don't get it, they cash our money and don't deliver product. I, along with many others, have tried to contact the company but with the same results as everyone else on this web sight. Here are the answers I got when calling: Diana, the "receptionist", " I'm sorry I only take phone calls, I can not look up order or shipping information, I will take a message". "The managers are not here yet, it's 9:41". Stella, the "shipping manager", " oh, it's sitting right here by my desk the folks at the "mill" must have made a mistake. I will get them shipped to you today". Three days later after she said we would have them; " We need a return label and product that was received to be returned before we can ship the rest of the order". No this product has all been paid for, regardless of what needed to be returned and we do not have a return to sender label received from you that you allegedly sent us. A week later; "I will send these directly to your house and will have them on your door step in three days" Three days later no package;" I got chewed out for "trying" to send these to you, Diana is now in charge of your order!" Has our order been shipped? Who knows, if it is up to relying on the Buckle Runner's word, probably not. Stella now says"Diana has personally sent them to us". Can I get a tracking number that confirms what they say. No "Diana has e mailed our building secretary that information and I am not privy to that information because I did not make the initial order". All I know is that I and the rest of the people that have worked with this company have been given the run around. They run a terrible business and should not have the opportunity to operate a business! I guess with business skills like this they will not be in business much longer! The customer service is terrible and the backtracking and lying is ridiculous! I even questioned if this is a legitimate business. After looking at Google maps and found that this "warehouse" they speak of is not much bigger than a garage. I find it hard to believe that Diana can't get off her lazy butt and go to another room to get someone to help the customer rather than take a message, and Stella personally told me that the reason her voice mailbox is full is because of "people like me". I guess she has a whole mailbox full of pissed off customers! Do not do business with this company, they do not care about any of their customers or the repercussions or loss of money that the customers incur on account of their shoddy business practices! Spread the word, let's shut them down!

Once you get your product you will find out the paracord is fake. Just wanted to let you know.

It took me 2 months to recieive mine & when I did receive it. I couldnt even use it.

I've had the same experience with this company. I received a partial order, but the backordered items have been outstanding since Spet.

10, 2012.

I won't repeat the excuses I've gotten when I call as they match the ones already posted here. The company offers no resolution to the problem (refund, expected delivery date, substitute products, etc.) other than a promise to call back which has never happened.

Cheating customers and covering it up

I ordered a large group of items and they missed three or four promised shipping dates and even gave me 3 separate customer service people to "fix" the issue. I still have no order and they have stolen my money. Has anyone filed or heard of anyone filing a class action lawsuit against them? I am interested in taking an action I can to recover my money and shut them down. I hope they go out of business forever since they just seem to rip people off. I have contacted PayPal but that didn't help and I didn't think it would.

Still waiting nearly THREE MONTHS

My 11/13/12 order was split into FOUR deliveries. I am still waiting for the last back order as of 1/29/13. They do not respond to voicemail and their phone can't take a message. HORRIBLE SERVICE! NO response about unfulfilled order

Ordered 10 separate paracords on NOvember 18. Received 2 pieces with a note the rest was backordered and would ship on Dec 27. It didn't happen. I have emailed, called, left voicemails with no response. I am out $105 for lousy service. This operation Needs to be shutdown as it is nothing less than Criminal. Now, their website says they hope to be back up and running by February 1, 2013. What a waste of time, and money. Businesses like this, if you can call it that, make me sick the way they take your money and stiff you on their end.

If this is "Bend Over Backwards for our valued customers" Service...

I don;t even want to see what they consider horrible service. Placed order on 12/27/12. Only commication that I received at all was from PayPal saying that "BuckleRunner" (aka Marshall Consulting) had received my payment. Since then...nothing. Tried web forms, emails, and phone calls (which will no longer accept voicemail BTW) with no answer or response. Have filed this as a claim with PP so will hopefully get somewhere that way. By now I should know better than to just go off without checking. That'll teach me to order from a new vendor without at least doing a simple Google search Facepalm

Placed an order in October and I am still waiting for most of it

I placed an order in October of 2012 and waited on it to arrive. I got a shipping tracking number that turned out to be fake so when nothing showed up and the tracking number didn't work I called and emailed them several times a week until I got a reply. I was told that they were holding my order for a charm I ordered. I told them to ship what they had and they said they would ship it but the owner wanted to talk to me. 4 weeks later I got a small part of my order and no call from the owner. I again called and emailed until I got a reply from someone named Tina that was rude and claiming to be a former Marine. She said she would get it right but for everyone to knock it off with the phone calls and emails. I am ready for legal action against these people.

Buckle Runner = Bad Business

I have ordered from Buckle Runner before back in April of 2012 and all was satisfactory. However, I had placed another order on the 23rd of November and had the complete oposite experience. Although there was a place to note the tracking number for shipping, it was not provided. I was notified that my order had been shipped on December 7th. By December 22nd it had not arrived and I sent a message to customer service. That same day Morris from customer service replied and let me know that Tina would be reviewing my order and would get in touch with me on December 26th. No one has gotten back to me since and all subsequent emails that have been sent to customer service at Buckle Runner have gone unanswered. When I have attempted to reach them by phone, the voicemail box is full and I am unable to leave a message. Today I began an internet search for other ways to contact someone from Buckle Runner and all results other than the first were about complaints, fraud, and being ripped off. All issues with this company seems to have begun around October of 2012. I too have filed a claim with PayPal requesting full reimbursement. We'll see where that goes since my dispute was automatically upgraded to a claim because Buckle Runner was unable to reply.

Lies, Deception & Fraud

CAUTION…Do not be fooled by The Buckle Runner’s fancy website; their claims of “Bend over backwards customer service”; their alleged support of American Troops or their cheesy 2 for 1 coupons. These cockroaches are top notch scam artists. They are criminals that have perfected the art of thievery. They claim to be a large operation with multiple departments and a warehouse which catalogs and ships their entire inventory. With a bit of research, they appear to be a two person operation based on deception, lies and fraud that is operated out of a garage. They are known for shipping partial orders and pleading ignorance when questioned. They will fabricate false shipping records and claim that merchandise has shipped when in fact, they are simply trying to delay the transaction beyond the PayPal cancellation date. If you should try and contact them, their company phone number goes directly to the voice mail of a cell phone. Voice mail and emails go unanswered the majority of the time. If you are lucky enough to get a live voice, you will be fed nothing but lies regarding the status of your order. The internet is overrun with complaints about the Buckle Runner’s unethical business practices, atrocious customer service and complete absence of integrity. And, for every post of this nature, there are hundreds of other customers that have been burned. Do your job as an American to fight corruption by helping to shut down this roach motel that calls itself the Buckle Runner. If interested in Paracord or Paracord related products, please do a Google Search to find one of many reputable suppliers other than the Buckle Runner to do business with. And most importantly, pass this on to your friends that may get caught up in this scam.

Pissed of this Marine....

I ordered some paracord a little over a week ago and relied on it to ship out as promised. Called in to check on order and no answer so didn't think anything of it. Finally got a hold of someone and explained I needed my order soon and check status. She said it would ship out that evening 8-27. Received a email that meant nothing about it shipping or tracking number and it was dated the 8-30. Called numerous times and was told the shipping supervisor would call me back before 6 pm on 10-2. Never got a call back so called back on 10-3 at 9:25 and the lady said I had to leave a message fori the shipping supervisor to call back. She gave me a lot of attitude on the phone and was very rude. I couldn't tolerate it anymore so I went off on her and got an email 10 min later that my money was refunded and I was banned due to using profane language. I could care less about being banned, but you don't handle customers that way. You should never argue with a customer and the fact that they refunded my money back tells me that they lied about shipping my product. I served my country and am a disabled veteran only to be treated this way by a company that is functioning by those of us who are making that possible overseas. There is no way I believe that they support the military. I can't even get support here nonetheless overseas. This company should be shut down for being worthless in what they do. They obviously don't care about there reviews since they just keep getting worse. BBB needs to be involved and take action on them.

I agree completely! I have been getting the run around from them also.

I placed my order on Oct 21 and have only received half of the order and am still waiting on the rest.

Every time I call I get some lame excuse as to why is hasn't shipped yet and a promised date of delivery that NEVER happens! :(

Ordered 1,000 ft spool of paracord on August 5, 2012. As of Sept 17, 2012 still waiting! Do not do business with this company. Have called 50 times, no joke, and only have talked to someone maybe 2 times. Problem was my order was out but nobody notified me. I had to call for 2 wks straight before I got an answer but still do not have my product which I have paid for! I was finally told they would send me 100 ft spools but I still have not received them. Nobody answers their phone and when I get a recording you normally cant leave messages because their voice mails are full! I am sure from everyone complaining! Read these reviews because they are correct! Horrible horrible customer service! Beware!

As of this date, I still do NOT have my 1,000 foot spool of paracord from the bucklerunner that I ordered on AUGUST 5, 2012. This company should be ashamed for their service and constant lies.

STELLA will lie, lie and lie again to satisfy you for the moment and then nothing is done, as usual! I spoke to her once AGAIN about 6 to 8 weeks ago and once again she said "oh, yes I see your order hasn't been sent out". She has said this numerous times and promises I will get the item. BUT OF COURSE I STILL HAVE NOTHING and they retain my money.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB but even they told me they can't get a response from the bucklerunner. And of course when I call the bucklerunner nobody answers their FREAKIN phone!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!

Once you receive your order you will find out that the paracord is a fake. Cant burn ends together b/c the outer layer will catch fire & melt.

Just a heads up cancel your order & get a refund. Im out 1000ft of pink paracord & a whole lot of customers..

This is an update about the complaint posted above.....As of this date, 10-18-****, I have had no response from the buckle runner. I have filed a complaint with BBB. Think twice before you do business with The Bucklerunner.

I agree! I placed an order on 8/5 with only a partial order received.

The order receipt stated that the remaining order would be shipped on 8/17. I had to call on 8/23 and the order was NEVER shipped. I've had to place several phone calls and keep getting told lies about when the order will ship.

I finally called this week and asked them to cancel the back order items and issue a full credit. Let's see how long it takes to get the credit!!!

Buckle Runner Takes Your Money For Out of Stock Items

Buckle Runner is real quick to take your money, even for items they know must be back ordered. What is worse is, they tell you it has shipped right after taking your money. It is only many days later, when you start calling them (if you can get them to answer the phone) that you find out the item you wanted is on back order. All that time, they have enjoyed the use of your money. Then when you do call, you get to talk to one of most smart-mouthed *** you will ever talk to. Customer oriented SHE IS NOT. My advice... don't ever consider doing business with Buckle Runner. If you do, you will be very sorry.

Been 6 weeks and have not received my order

I ordered from the Buckle Runner 6 weeks ago and I have not received my order. I received an e mail stating that it was sent out 2 weeks ago but I have not received it. When I try calling them their mail box is full. When I try e mailing them I get no response. This is a terrible company and I am now going to the Attorney General of Wisconsin after Christmas break to try to resolve this problem. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this company. They need to be put out of business!

I would advise for anyone to think twice about ordering from the buckle runner in wisconsin! They are TERRIBLE! They show NO remorse for their stupidity! They do not try to work with you, they give you a run around an tell you that there is no one to talk to the lady that answers the phone is rude non helpful an lies to you to get off the phone! They say there is never a manager there they make excuses! we made an order 3 weeks ago an made an order 3 days after the first one, and one month later we are still not given any cause as to why our product has not arrived almost a $400.00 order and they have treated us rudely they have TERRIBLE customer service, We have called everyday for 2 weeks an we are told this lady named Stella aka the shipping manager well for starters she NEVER has called us back period, we have a business to run they have affected my customers my sales which is really very shallow of them! I told the gal that answers the phone Dawn is her name she will not assist you at all, they never let you talk to a staff member, so I got very upset with her an said I was calling the BBB and I did I called the City Hall, the chamber of commerce and the Customer Protection people because I called countless times so did my husband an Dawn will say no one is in the office to talk to I ask her for the owner she says she don't know him and she has no idea how to contact him this made me LOL how pathetic do they think I believe that! lol really? So we called her back again to try one last time to rectify this *** no they said do whatever you want! They have no people skills period! So there for we called pay-pal and disputed all funds to them! I advise people to NOT order from these people unless you like getting screwed cause we have learned a lesson the hard way! I wish someone had warned me not to use them! We lost out on a HUGE Gun show thanks to them I am talking we lost thousands due to them not shipping the product I ordered in a timely manner! So I advise order elsewhere even if it's a bit more in cost at least you will get your order an not get screwed over!!

!VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

I ordered my supplies on 09/28/2012 and still have not received all items. I had left a message on 10/22/2012 to contact me regarding the order with a return call late that evening saying my order had been shipped and that I should receive by Thursday 10/25/2012 well today is Monday 10/29/2012 and I still have not received my supplies. I tried to contact Buckle Runner today by phone and there message service is full so no message could be left. I contacted them through there web site demanding a refund. I'm contacting the BBS. I'm also contacting PayPal for a refund.
